The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore, and the large heated pool was such a nice touch for the kids. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette, which made it easy to whip up meals. Plus, the security features gave me peace of mind as a solo traveler!

We did have some hiccups. Check-in took longer than expected since our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. our dining experience was quite disappointing; we waited ages for our food, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. It could definitely use some improvement in that area.

There was a wide range of good meals. Location: the hotel was next to restaurant and other facilities in the Bay.

Everything was cool, including attentive staff and quiet location to grassy outdoor area. The room was great value and well-equipped here with all amenities. There was lots of good meals.

The central location made exploring the area convenient, with various options just a short walk away. I did notice that the second bedroom seemed to have permanent residents, with outside junk strewn about, detracting slightly from the overall ambiance.

One minor drawback was that the room furnishings appeared a bit tired and could benefit from updating.

The check-in process was smooth despite the busy atmosphere, and my apartment was in good condition, clean, and organized. I appreciated the spacious layout and the convenient kitchen facilities. Though the parking was limited, we managed to find a spot without too much trouble.

Our two-bedroom holiday unit was clean, spacious, and offered great value. The management was attentive, quickly addressing any noise issues, ensuring we had a peaceful stay.

The playground and heated pool were a lifesaver for keeping the kids entertained! And the breakfast buffet. Man, that was a game changer, just what we needed in the morning.

The heated pool was a real treat for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the garden area provided a peaceful spot to unwind. If I had to mention one small thing, a few more hooks for towels would have been nice. Overall, a solid choice for families! 🌟

This place suits me perfectly! The heated pool, laundry, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. On my first stay, the staff helped with currency tips, which I still remember. Highly recommend for a relaxing city break!

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

Quick access to the pool made for a fun-filled family getaway. The kids loved the playground, and the staff ensured our needs were met, even during a hectic stay.

The dining facilities were a highlight, with juicy burgers that would make any foodie swoon. The well-organized team, and their cute vibe. Plus, the clean and spacious grounds kept the kids happy-definitely a bonus for the whānau!

Now, while I loved the vibe, the cramped setup left little room for our gear-the bed practically filled the space.

The heated pool and trampoline were a hit with the kids, and the shower pressure was excellent. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The kettle was dirty, and the mould in the shower needed attention. While the amenities were fun, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail diminished the experience, especially given the higher price we paid.
